I have been prescribed 10 days course of ofloxacin and ornidazole for stomach and bladder pain. I still have pain so I ordered urine culture test myself which came back positive for e.coli infection. Pale yellow, clear ntu, pus cells 2-3/hpf, 50000 cfu/ml, resistance to ciprofloxacin, cefoperazone/sulbactam, piperacillinTazobactum, ERTAPENEM, cefepime/Tazobatum, nitrofurantoin, ceftriaxone/Tazobatum, meropenem, cefixime and sensitive to gentamicin, amikacin, tigecycline, fosfomycin. Is my infection low or high? Should I consult doctor again? Why it is resistant to so many antibiotics?

You will have to contact your doctor again and in my opinion, Apart from taking symptomatic treatment take tablet Zifi-O after contacting your doctor and within three days infection needs to be under control.
