My father is on dialysis since 5 months and in the beginning he had an average fistula on the left hand but somehow it was infected and it was blocked in Jan end 2018 after that the stich was removed after 15 days and swelling was there after then surgeon told to start physiotherapy after few days there is very much in shoulder joint then we did x Ray ,and the report is THERE IS ANTERIOR INFERIOR SUBLUXATION OF LEFT SHOULDER JOINT ,PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT to do and now he lift the hand with support but cannot left down directly slowly he has to lift down and huge pain is there.

If x ray confirmed it is disloaction then it has to be reduced [ put back in place on emergency basis immediately by ortho near by. It is done by manipulation with or without need of anesthesia and he will get immediate relief. You have to rush him.
