I am 24 years old. One year ago I get extracted 4 upper front tooth due to infection, now I want dental implant for the same. Is it safe to do so? Would it be painful?
I have presently two infected tooth for which I want filling treatment.

Yes it's good option filling or if required rct to b done for other teeth implants r good option but it seems u don't brush well otherwise at this age u don't get so much caries brush twice daily especially at night
Dental implant is a good option for missing tooth. Procedure starts with anaesthesia only, so it won't be painful. For cavities you can go ahead with filling or root canal (depending on extend of caries) as per dentist advice.
