Hi. My wife has endometriosis and she has been suffering from this for last 2 years. She has visited most of the gynecologist amd every one tried different medicines, she took endofine tablet for almost 6 months along with pain killer. She has a cyst in pelvic region and it evolves during mensuration. She is in pain for almost 15 to 20 days in a month. Later one of the doctor suggested to get hormonal injection lupion 3.75 mg. She continued it for 6 months but did not get any relief in pain and the situation did not improve. Is there any treatment available for this in allopathic medicines. We did MRI and got to know that (left ovary shows small cyst measuring 1.9 2.2 cm in size. No solid component is seen. No evidence of blooming is seen on GRE. Enlarged and subcentimetric lymph nodes are seen in bilateral inguinal regions, largest measuring 1.21.6 cm. T2W hyperintense is seen in right perianal region abutting and sphincter and right side of vaginal orifice measuring 2.61.7 cm in size).
