Is it necessary to remove the wisdom teeth, 2nd lower jaw from last. It was broken a half. I am getting infection because of that. Or keeping it by doing brush or mouthwash to protect. Replay as soon as sir.

Good evening! If you have enough space for the wisdom tooth you can leave it as it is, But in case of broken and decayed tooth condition it may lead to infect the root and cause certain problems, So removing is better. Thank you.

It is better to remove... As it is difficult to prevent infection by just keeping mouth clean...
