I am a 58 years male. Since last 12 days I have developed ulcers on the tongue. Physician prescribed vitamin BVON capsules, and ZYTEE gel for local application. The ulcer healed, but more are coming up on the tongue. It pains a lot and feeling of sourness/ roughness on one side of the tongue. Please advise.
