I am a class 12 (pass out hopefully) student. I have very little time for physical activities, and gyms are not allowing class 10-12 students & telling to focus on studies. I wanted to get slim and most importantly increase my height. Can you suggest some efficient workouts & food intakes for increasing height.

Stretching exercises, playing vollyball, basketball,skipping will help in both. Diet should be low calory, high protein, low fat and high fibre.
