Hello lybrate-user Greetings! It seems you are suffering from Acne Vulgaris/Truncal Acne. Avoid application of any oils/moisturisers on your skin. Even avoid hair oil application. Use Perobar 5 % soap for thoroughly bathing the area affected with acne (back). See a qualified MD/DVD/DNB dermatologist for appropriate treatment based on your current condition. Regards.
