How much dose of tranostat MF or mg to be taken if trying to conceive. Does it have any effect on fertility. Is it right to stop bleeding with tablet if I am planning for baby and having prolonged light bleeding first time on the 8th day also of my cycle. Then after bleeding stop when to or on which day to try for baby? I'm trying since months but no success now this month I got 14 days late period and now having prolonged bleeding but light bleeding and on 1st and 2nd day it was scanty menses but now it's slightly more means normal. I took pregnancy test also but it showed negative. Is it normal when trying to conceive. What to do and get pregnant faster?

Tranexamic acid tablet is only to reduce the amount of bleeding during heavy periods it is not hormonal does not stop bleeding No effect when you take only during heavy flow days on fertility if problem persists meet fertility specialist.
