When both fallopian tubes are a blocked at the age of 36+ and 1 ivf failed. What's suggested next. At the time of ivf lining was brought to 7.5 then too it did not survive. I have already read so much about the reasons of why it can be a failure. laparoscopy was 1 of the suggested treatment. What are the chances that laparoscopy could be a success considering this situation. Can Iuf be done in such a case. If yes then what are the chances of success.

The Fallopian tubes need to be removed only if they are swollen called as Hydrosalpinges. Swollen tubes can reduce chance of success with IVF If there is no swelling removal of tubes not likely to help improve pregnancy chances If you had good quality embryos continue to try more cycles of Ivf 7.5 mm is fine with endometrial thIciness to achieve pregnancy.

At 33 years one needs to assess ovarian reserve or egg number Usually when you cross 30 years of age the egg number starts to reduce and more so after 35 See a fertility specialist to assess this and low egg number is associated with low fertility.
