Hi, A person (female) is suffering from metastatic leiomyosarcoma as per diagnosis. She underwent surgery for fibroids in 2015 and the reports of biopsy stated NO malignancy FOUND. But in December 2017 symptoms of pain in lower abdomen and bleeding in urine was seen plus swelling in one leg also. She underwent a surgery for debulking in mid January and reports of biopsy indicated soft tissue pelvic mass and diagnosed as metastatic leiomyosarcoma. What is the course of action that should be taken? Kindly help.
