Regular pain in knee associated with back pain. Also at times pain in thighs and other muscular areas. I have done my vitamin d3 test and as per report it is 80. 2 ng/ml. I am also having pcod. Are these pain associated with pcod or do I need some other treatment for this. What is the treatment for the same.

If you are taking any Vitamin D3 suppliments stop it asap, you need to get a MRI study of your spine, XR at both the knees in standing position, and pcod particular treatment available to regulate your cycles.
