Dear lybrateuser, - It is advisable to fulfil your protein requirement from multiple sources like eggs & non veg which are considered as superior protein as they contain all the essential amino acids required by the body, also legumes, milk & milk products, nuts - soya products contain isoflavones which can disturb hormonal balance in the body if taken in excess.
