I M suffering from hidrentitis suppurativa in my arm pit and groin area from past 5_6 years. And from past 8_9 months the severity and occurrence is more. The armpit acne has developed into a sinus and I M using topical ointment named faceclin. With this I think my armpit acne is healing but getting more in my groin area. One of the dermatologist has suggested surgery for my armpit sinus and other has suggested.
