Hi, mam We are residing in vizag currently. Doctors has advised us to go for IVF and also gone through laparoscopy to remove blockage of Fallopian tubes but was not successful. I need to know full procedure and how much time it is taking as we have to take leave from work. Total expenses how much are approximately? And are you fertilizing two eggs at a time or only one.

Can you share the video of Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy to me to understand the reason behind Tubal block and to know the possibility of opening tube Hysteroscopy ally and laparoscopically and weather Hysteroscopy Tubal cannulation had been tried hysteroscopically to open the blocked tubes or not? If your ovarian reserve- S.AMH level and antral follicles count on 3rd day of tvusg follicular study - If we can open the tube Hysteroscopyally or Laparoscopically, you had chances of natural conception by doing sexual relations around the timing of ovulation ART OR IVF should be tried as a last resort because it costs around 1.5 lack rupees per cycle and success rate is 30 to 40 %. So Tring possibility of natural conception is better choice and should be tried by expert in this field before resorting to IVF. For Tubal pathology we investigate for genital T.B.
