On 29th May 17 Fibroid dimensions were 57 x 54 x 54 mm. But now on 12th April 18 the dimensions are 63x 59x 45 mm. In 1st report there was Impression that: Large Uterine fibroid indenting the endometrium. In 2nd Bulky uterus with large posterior myometrium fibroid compressing the endometrial cavity. So question is can surgery be avoided with medicine. Age of patient is 51 Years.
