I was a good sportsman in school. Now I am 22 years old. Now if I start run after 5-10 minutes I feel tired & I feel trouble in breathing. What is my problem?

Start training gradually and slowly. You have to give your body time to get back the stamina like before. Improve your nutrient intake which has definitely gone down since school days due to stress and fast lifestyle. If you are consistent and disciplined you will achieve your stamina back gradually.
