Why for some boys a small bulge will appear when they wear night pants? They won't has sexual mood. They are quite cool. But a small bulge will appear that it will look like their penis has grown out of the body. Many of the guys will not appear that type of bulge even they wears pants without underwear. Thats why I afraid to wear without underwear.

Hello, You are under weight need to improve your weight, first. A bulge is the visible outline of a penis through someone's pants, it can be seen because a guy is likely not wearing underwear ,it can be because of the tightness of the pants and sometimes it's because of the material and color of the pants. So, you shouldn't be perturbed on this ground rather you should assess the size of your penis wether bulging it out or not of your pant, after all your comfort is important, please. Tk, care.
