Hi. We are married since 3 years and are trying to conceive from 1 years but no success. I got my basic test thyroid, diabetes,HB etc.(all normal ).My gynae suggested fertimod Got my follicular done dominant follicle ruptured naturally at 23 mm with 14. 6 mm endometrium. Husbands semen analysis is normal. My gynae suggested fertomid, q Gold G, Corectia,borncal D3, metrogyl,AF 150 Please advise what can be done further?

As all your tests are normal you should get your hysterosalpingography done on 9 TH day of cycle to see if your tubes are patent.
