Dear friend, You are most likely having essential tremor which is a benign disorder and has genetic predisposition. We can limit the disability by some medication but cannot cure. All patients don't need medication if it is less disabling. You can avoid precipitating factors like anxiety, coffee etc. (it is a tremor which improves with alcohol). However please keep in mind there may be other diseases which present with tremor in young age. So please attend a good Neurologist who may examine you and give a proper management.
