I am 22 year old female. Two days ago I had blood in my urine after a strenuous session at the gym. I also had pain in the whole lower half the body. Now I can't see any visible blood but urinating is painful and I have to do it frequently. There is pain and discomfort around the urethral opening and the lower urethra. Please suggest what I should do. Thank you.
