I am 36 year old. I have pain in right side last rib. All my abdomen scans and thorax CT are normal and Spin MRI is normal. All blood report are normal. A Dr. Said it is tietze syndrome. Is it possible?

Yes it is very muh possible. If the cartilage gets swollen up then pain develops over sternum or chest bone in middle and may be due to some infection or previous pains it gets aggravated. It hardly requires all these investigations but its possible.
