Hello doctor. I m 26 years old. I have pigmentation on my face. And my skin is very sensitive. I usually get red acne on cheeks. I have taken allopathy and homoeopathy treatment. Medicine taken- kojic Acid hydro quinone meladerm I found very adverse effect of these. Such as red sports and itching.. Dark brown sports appear highest when I go through very hectic schedule and during MC dates. Please suggest me the best and safe treatment. If possible please suggest me oral suspension. Thank you.

Prepare a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take � teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. Have 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water. ake one teaspoon of coriander juice mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder. Drink twice daily. apply multani pack on face daily afternoon... avoid oily and spicy food...drink 12-15 glasses of water daily...do exercise daily...take sound sleep...avoid constipaion.
