HIV P24 Antigen test and HIV 1 and 2 antibody test after 24 days of exposure (to small amount of precum) and result is negative (Index Value: 0.211). Is it conclusive? Or what to test hereafter?

Good day Mr. lybrate-user. First confirm the HIV status of your source or contact. If your source is negative for HIV then it's less likely that you will be getting the infection. But depending upon the HIV prevalence of your state I suggest you should follow national strategy for HIV screening. Transmission occurs in male through the mucosal membrane of the penis and pre cum or ejaculation have no role in it. As you have mentioned p24 test is negative I suggest you should test for HIV antibodies after 28 days and even though if it's negative repeat the antibody test after 3rd month and finally after 6th month which is conclusive. Please contact if you still need further assistance.

Do HIV, HBsAg, VDRL tests at 90 days after exposure.
