There are no home remedies, you have to see a dentist for getting a deep scaling done and some graft surgeries if possible, see a periodontist.

There is no remedy for receding gums in home you have to visit a dentist and undergo aproper sclaing and gum treatment .you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
