I am a patient of manic bipolar disorder for the last 20 yrs. I am ok and recently retired from services. My doctor says I have to take medication livelong. I know that only to protect me from depression, I need medicines. But the side effects of these medicines caused me a great health concerns like problem of high BP, kidney cyst, fatty liver, ischemia, bronchial asthma (w.e.f 1985) etc. I sincerely hope your kind advice / suggestions reg my health and medications. Kind regards, Tapati Chakraborty.
