My mom is 55 and skinny. In last 4 months she lost almost 4 kilos (from 46 to 42 kilos now). She's a working lady and skips full fledged breakfast due to time issues. She is prediabetes with normal TSH and Cholesterol level. I want to if she can take any supplement to gain weight as well as fulfil her daily calorie requirement. Also is Amway Nutralite Protein powder is safe for her? Kindly guide.

few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout?s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and make sure that her sugar levels are in range
