My mom is 55 and skinny. In last 4 months she lost almost 4 kilos (from 46 to 42 kilos now). She's a working lady and skips full fledged breakfast due to time issues. She is prediabetes with normal TSH and Cholesterol level. I want to if she can take any supplement to gain weight as well as fulfil her daily calorie requirement.
