I had a stone in urine pipe and I got operated. I guess Lithotripsy. And then after for a week if I get a Hard-on, it would hurt my penis. Later on next week, I could not feel sexual urge, but to check if im all okay I masturbated, but I did not see the thick sperm or in quantity, but what I ejaculated was just few drops of sperm that too very thin. I am concerned about it, can any one help me here. Has this Lithotripsy affected my Sperm formation or what, also I want to make clear that it's been over 2 weeks now that I have undergone the surgery.
