Hello- Your partner might be suffering from Anemia. Low blood levels lead to low blood supply around genitals which can manifest as decrease in vaginal temperature, low vaginal secretions and painful intercourse too. Ask your partner to improve her dietary standards, consume natural sources of Omega 3 fatty acids in meals (cows ghee and milk) in proper amount and decrease junk food intake. Your problem will be solved.
