I have been suffering from anxiety from last 2 years. Whenever I talk with a person I always think like I am looking in his/her eyes directly and that always thinking about that what that person thinks about me. Why is this happening to me? Whenever I go outside I try to avoid eye contact BCS I feel very anxious if make eye contact. BCS of that I always living in a fear and thinking so much bad about myself. One more thing I don't have any control over my thoughts. please tell me what is this? Can this b treated?
