I lost 15 kg weight within 2 months before 1 year without any exercise or any dieting. After weight loss my skin is loose or have extra fat I really don't know what exactly is this loose skin or fat but I wanna get rid of this permanently as soon as possible. What should I do should I do yoga or should I go to gym or do something else to get rid of this problem permanently. I do wanna go through any cosmetic treatment like surgery or rf.
