Hi lybrate-user, I can understand how you may be feeling. Panic attacks and these thoughts are related to fear. When fear becomes bigger than our reality, the panic sets in. I would strongly suggest that you seek Counselling for this, it is manageable with Counselling, Clinical, Hypnotherapy, exercise, and if required even medication. Pls try deep breathing till then.
