Sir ,i am just 22 years old and I comes in obesity group. How I can reduce it ?please help me out!

Make a chart of all things you eat and drink for 1 week and a chart for the physical activity as well. Next we have to rule out any other endocrine problems other than you life style. For that do blood test for total and differential counts, thyroid profile, lipid profile and Hba1c.
