Masturbation usually do not cause pain, but sometimes a frequent habit can cause mild injuries which will go away after some time. Nothing to worry about it. The other issue of your fatty liver, most common in modern lifestyle. Excessive carbohydrates and fat intake and sedentary lifestyle is the most common cause for that and alcohol intake can also cause fatty liver. So modification of lifestyle will help to reverse the fatty liver.

It could be because your calorie intake could be more than what you use. Excess calories are stored as fat. Although less common androgen deficiency or estrogen excess or a combination of both can cause excessive fat accumulation. Thyroid disease also can case such symptoms. I suggest you to maintain a food diary and a fitness tracker. Many people who do extreme work out for up to to 3 hours or more but remain sedentary for the rest of the day. In that case their work outs don't help much. It is very important to remain active through out the day, some fitness trackers also come with inactivity alert. I suggest you to set it for 30 min, it will make sure that you don't remain idle for more than 30 minutes. If you think you do everything right and still don't find the results you expect. Then consult a physician to rule out any possible endocrine problem and treating it will fix your symptoms.

There must be combination of 1. Physical activity 2. Diet 3. Sleep hygiene. 1. I suggest you to use a fitness tracker (fitness band) with features of inactivity alert, set it to 30 minutes. It will alert you to make a move if you are idle for more than 30 minutes. As you have knee pain you can’t do walking as it may increase the pain. So you can do certain exercises which does not strain your knee also you can do strengthening exercise (consult your local physiotherapist for that) for the muscles around your knee joint. Swimming would be the best exercise for those with knee pain. 2. Diet fibre rich low calorie diet. Start breakfast early (before 7 am) chose among with skimmed milk and egg whites (without yolk), or roti (2 if small, 1 if big) with dal. You can have an apple or guava at 10 AM with sprouts. Lunch should be before 1 pm you can use your own choice but avoid fried food, portion size is the key if rice (1 cup), if roti 2 if small or 1 if big) and 1 cup of dal you should have two cups of vegetables preferably steamed and not fried in oil. Evening snack at before 4 pm. Can have skimmed milk tea or coffee with boiled beans or peas. Dinner should be the lightest meal and should be taken no later than 8 pm. You can have vegetable salad or cut fruits or a very light small portion of meal of your choice. Important: things you should report your progress to a physician and there will be 0.5 to 1 kg weight loss per week. Also blood test for thyroid profile, lipid profile and Hba1c is required for optimal weight loss.

There must be combination of 1. Physical activity 2. Diet 3. Sleep hygiene. 1. I suggest you to use a step counter or fitness back to keep track of the number of steps you make each day. For the first week start with 3000 steps. Increase 1000 steps each week and in 7 weeks you will reach 10000 steps. Also there is an inactivity alert in the fitness band to make sure you don’t remain idle for more than 30 minutes. 2. Diet fibre rich low calorie diet. Make a chart of all things you eat and drink for 1 week and a chart for the physical activity as well. Next we have to rule out any other endocrine problems other than you life style. For that do blood test for total and differential counts, thyroid profile, lipid profile and Hba1c.

Chicken pox ointment. Is best or not calamine
How many days it should be use any side effects.
No ointment is required for chicken pox. Only if there is excessive itching calamine can be used; and can be stopped once there is no more itching.

Here is a possibility that your seizure could be a part of your migraine. I would suggest you to manage the migraine well. Valproate can be considered as it can be a migraine prophylaxis as well as anti epileptic. But each individual is different we should try out to find what works best for you.

I'm having over weight sir, how to remove it, if please suggest me sir, which operation is good.
Changing your life style is the first best option. Also rule out any medical cause for over weight. I need more information on you height, weight, abdominal circumference, physical activity, sleep patterns. Blood tests to be done: total and differential counts, thyroid profile, lipid profile and hba1c.
