I have simple ovarian cyst in my left ovary 5.4�3.7 cm.my doctor told me it will resolve itself after three month and he also told me that it's seems because of infection. He gave me 14 days course of antibiotics. But I am still worried about this. I want to know is this really resolve by itself. I am 28 year old unmarried girl.in august 2017 I had gallbladder removal surgery because of stone. I want to is this cyst is the side effect of that surgery.
