Ibam facing nightfall problem from last 12 years which happens weekly thrice. Due to that my sperm counts has come down. While sex quick fall happens. I am unable to do my any work always feel sleepy. No energy in the body always feel tired and sleepy. hair fall occurs and habit of forgetting. Kindly help in this matter. Visited many doctor but no cure. One doctor suggested tablet foxcin 20 MG. Which was helpful.
