I am working in night shift. I am unable to take complete sleep. Also it takes about 3-4 hours for getting sleepy. Please suggest any tablet on this so that I can sleep as soon as possible.

Please review your daily routine and try to balance everything naturally. (Food habits and exercise play a major role in adjusting the sleep pattern ). It may take some time for the body clock to adjust to your changed work timings. Avoid tea and coffee as it can interfere with the sleep rhythm (bio-clock) which is already struggling to adjust. Avoid medications without proper medical examination by a doctor to avoid adverse effects.
