Sirs. I am 75 years male with active life .Recently I notice while passing motion, nd while washing I felt like some small tissue like thing and this goes off after washing .Is there anything like piles .I have no pains or no blood coming out but it is a small tissue like only which I am able to see. Pl clarify.
