Recently I am diagnosed with sugar. Random reading came to 210. Fasting 120 1 and PP 190. I am 28. My father was heavily diabetic and he died due to stroke. According to my readings is it necessary to go for treatment? As I hv heard that if I start the treatment it will go for long. Or is there natural ways to lower sugar levels. I feel very low and heavy inside. My weight us 51 and height 5 feet.
