ECG Sinus tachycardia. T-wavenear baseline (laterals and inferior) R/S inversion area between V1 and VE Probably abnormal ECG. May get expert opinion in this regard? This is my son's ECG who C/O chest pain, Vomiting,indigestion.

Hello sir, Sinus tachycardia may be due to various reasons, like anaemia, hypoxia, fever n also due to changes in heart functioning R/S inversion may be due to panic attack also, if it's amplitude from V2-V4 is less than 5 mm then it's MI n if it's more than 5 mm then it's early repolarization Better to get 2D Echo test done to rule out exact problem.
