Hello doctor. My age is 24 yrs height is 5.7 feet and weight is 48 kg I need to gain weight as I am too skinny I don't feel hungry and not eat too much avoids food due to eating problem. So kindly please suggest me some syrup and medicine to gain weight fast without any side effects.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.
