I am asking for my sister, her blood group is O-, she have 2 daughters, their blood group is O+, in the first delivery doctor given the injection, but in the second pregnancy doctor told cannot wait due to the different group. And she give the birth in the 8th month. Kid is high level yellow so they put in the icu one week, and doctor did not give the injection for my sister as there is no use. But doctor told next baby become more serious, is it true or not, and what kind of complication will come for next baby, any solution from this?

We usually give anti RH injection during first pregnancy only and no injection to be given thereafter and no complications related to pregnancy can happen because of Rh factor perse.
