Hi doctors. I am looking to gain muscle and lose fat in my body. I'm now over weight as I'm only 65 kg to 70 kg. I want to lose most of my body fat and replace it muscle. I have started exercising and dieting. I exercise everyday once for 45 mins in the morning and again 45 minutes in the afternoon. My diet is simple. I don't eat much fat, sugar or carbs mostly protein after I work out. I only eat after I workout. Am I on the right track? And is there any other tips you can give to lose body fat and gain muscle?

Eat Breakfast. You get energy from the first hour and you'll be less hungry the rest of the day. Eat Every 3 Hours. Eat Protein with Each Meal. Eat Fruits & Veggies with Each Meal. Eat Carbs Post Workout Only. Eat Healthy Fats. Drink Water. Eat Whole Foods 90% of The Time.
