My son is just completed his 13 years and weighs around 50 kg. Last week when he returned from school and changed his clothes I found some stains of semen on his underwear and when asked he said he is not aware about it. The next day when we returned home after an outing I found that again and all the time we were together. Is it normal in this age or I should worry? Please suggest Thanks

Hello- Its early for your son to experience nightfall. It might be possible that he must be indulging in some porn stuff in school which is leading to semen leakage. Confront him without getting strict and tell him about the bad effects of it.
