I am 35 and we are trying to conceive. Dr. have done some test which is as under. Tsh 0.903 Prolactin 12.06 Amh 1.32 Hsg normal Hsa normal PCT normal Now Dr. is asking to do follicular Monitoring. Medications. ovaries plus and folvite for 3 months Letroz 2.5 5 days from periods day 2. Is there any complications? To undergo so many tests and medicine Dr. now advised to do follicular Monitoring. What for? Can pregnancy not happen naturally? I had one miscarriage 1 Yr back. Sonography had shown no heartbeats at 8 weeks Am I going to correct Dr. or should change the Dr. Pls advise.

Since you are 35, the chances of natural conception are lower than what they would be at around 30 years of age. You will need to be proactive to increase your chances of getting pregnant. Follicular Study is required. All the best.
