I am 22 years old. I have a severe problem of male spots only on face(pimples), 3 years before I started getting the treatment and the dermatologist removed them via needle, I went there 3-4 times after that I started removing them at home using needle, even after removing all of them they start growing within 2-3 weeks of removal and within weeks they become highly visible, he also gave me a cream which solved the problem for some days but after I stopped using that it again started growing, I need some permanent solution for this problem, is it may be because of allergy? Is there any home remedy? I take care of my skin properly, I exflociate it at regular intervals, I use only Ayurveda products on face, I take only healthy diet (no outside or roadside food, no fast food), please tell me if there is any permanent solution for this?
