I have taken five contraceptive pills in last two months. After taking the last pill I had my periods, that was on February 1. There after I had protected sex. But still haven't my periods. What's my problem?

You did not take the pills in march, so it does not protect you in that month. The chance of failure of condom leading to pregnancy is 6-12%. You should do a urine pregnancy test. Sometimes, taking oral contraceptive pills irregularly can also lead to no menses in the following few months.
