I'm having periodical problem. Doctor told me to loss weight. I'm 5'5 and my weight is 72 which is over weight. I'm doing exercise to loss weight. I notice it every time that whenever I put on weight and stop doing exercise for few day for that particular month, the date of my period doesn't go with the date. It becomes late. Is there any permanent solution of this?
