My testosterone level is low 350 along with low hemoglobin level 8. From last 4 months I am taking amway multivitamin, folic acid, fish oil along with balance diet. I also also doing 30 mins mild exercise 4-5 days a week. Hemoglobin is improving. What should I do to increase my testosterone levels.
