Hello sir/mam. Sir, I am asthmatic from past 15 years. I have controlled my asthma about 60 percent by kunjal kriya and yoga. Earlier I used to take rotahaler foracort 100 twice a day but after my efforts it is reduced to once or twice in a week. Sir/ mam I was trying to get pregnant from past 1 year. Last month I got to know that I am pregnant and doctors said no to do kunjal kriya (process of drinking warm water and then vomit it out) now I am not doing this and now I face chest congestion during night time. I am worried should I take foracort or not. Is there any other safe medicine which will not cause any problem to my baby. Please help me out.

Foracort inhaler is very safe in pregnancy.
Foracort is safe but dose your taking is insufficient. Step dose after consulting a pulmonologist.
